1. 1. Check the item that is brought to you, if it's different from the item you ordered for, return it back to the deliverer.
2. 2. Packages sealed by the manufacturers can be inspected, but seals must not be broken.
3. 3. Payment must be made before unsealing electronic items such as Phones, Laptops etc, once the seal is broken, the item can only be returned if it is damaged, defective or has missing parts.
4. 4. Electronic items that contain gas such as Air conditioners, Fridges and Freezers, should be kept for at least three hours (3 hours) after delivery, to allow the gas to settle before switching it on, to avoid damage.
5. 5. Fashion items such as Clothes, Handbags and Shoes has only three days return policy for obvious reasons. Check every Fashion item delivered to you, if item is defective, return back to the deliverer immediately.
